You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. We make this process simple and transparent.
Option 1: Delete From the App
The fastest way to delete your account and data:
- Open the InTalesWorld app on your device
- Tap your Profile icon
- Tap App Settings
- Under Account, tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to help@intalesworld.com with:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your InTalesWorld account
We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, all your account data, child profiles, and usage history are permanently removed from our servers.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you subscribe again later, you will start fresh.
Please Note
- Cancel your store subscription separately: Deleting your InTalesWorld account does not automatically cancel your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription. You must cancel it through your store settings.
- Uninstall removes local data: Any data stored on your device (such as preferences) is removed when you uninstall the app.
Timeline
- In-app deletion: Your account and all associated data on our servers is deleted immediately.
- Email request: Processed within 7 business days.
- Third-party data: Our service providers may retain some data according to their own retention schedules.
