How do I create a child profile?
Open the app, tap the profile icon at the top, then tap the "Add" button. Choose a nickname and a fun emoji avatar for your child.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → InTalesWorld → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → InTalesWorld → Cancel.
Is the app safe for my child?
Absolutely! InTalesWorld has no ads, no chat, and no user-generated content. All stories are curated and age-appropriate. Purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, which provide their own purchase confirmation and parental controls.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → App Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or email us at help@intalesworld.com. This permanently removes all your data including child profiles, reading history, and preferences. See our Data Deletion Policy for details.
Can I use the app offline?
Stories currently require an internet connection to stream.
What ages is InTalesWorld for?
InTalesWorld is designed for children ages 4–10. All stories are crafted to be age-appropriate and engaging for this age range.
How does voice search work?
Tap the microphone icon in the search bar and let your child say what kind of story they want. Voice recognition uses your device's built-in speech recognition. We do not record or store any audio on our servers.
How do bedtime reminders work?
Tap the Profile icon, then tap Notifications. Enable bedtime reminders and choose a time. We'll send a gentle notification to start your bedtime story routine. You can also set quiet hours to pause all notifications.
